We were Microsoft partners in the UAE. We started with IT Training for Corporates. And quickly upgraded to department-level automation projects using Excel Macros.

Automate HR Tasks
We started with generating Salary Slips in 2005 and ended up developing our own HRMS web product. We called it Amanat HRMS.
Product development started in 2007. First successful implementation was completed in 2010.
Since then, we have been automating HR Services or 100+ organizations in Middle East, CIS, and Africa.
Our upgraded product, Hashtag HRMS is in development. We plan to launch it in 2025.
B2B Leads & CRM
We are focused on B2B segment.
We faced problems to generate leads for our own business.
- Cold calling was not effective.
- Trade Exhibitions were once-in-a-year event and hardly generated any leads.
- Mass media was prohibitively expensive!
We experimented.
We started sending a strictly one-page (max 200 words) synopsis of our services by Fax. Call to Action (CTA) was a simple four rowed form for recipient to fill and fax back to us.
We started with 500 fax numbers, two fax shots per month. The responses started coming in second month!
Ultimately, we reached 20,000 unique fax numbers, with one fax shot per month. Fax marketing is the backbone reason for our success.
We developed a minimalist Contact and Lead Management software in house in 2009. It was a windows application (not a web application). We tracked Accounts (organizations), Contacts and Leads in this application. Over next 10 years, it organically grew into a comprehensive B2B CRM for our internal use.
Now, the B2B marketing has moved from Fax to Emails. This enables us to reach the inbox of decision makers.
This is the service our product will offer. We plan to launch it in Q4 2024.
